We believe the most important aspect of our job is the relationship we build with our clients… relationships built on confidence and trust. 

We believe our interior design services should be as limitless and individual as the clients we serve and that exceptional interior design begins with an understanding of the clients’ needs, home decorating ideas, and budget constraints and should be a reflection of their own personal taste and style.  This approach to interior design allows us to create unique living environments, each different from the next.

We believe that above all else good design should be functional, and that comfort and elegance are perfect partners in a warm, welcoming home.  This approach to interior design makes it possible for us to create environments that our clients can truly live in.

Tammy Brill has been a respected presence in the design industry for more than two decades.

As lead interior designer and principal of Chesapeake Home Designs, Tammy Brill has been designing homes throughout the East Coast for more than twenty years.  Prior to the inception of Chesapeake Home Designs, Tammy was the principal designer for Brill Designs, a residential and commercial interior design firm serving the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area.  More recently, Tammy served as Director of Design for a large regional home builder where she managed design studios in numerous states and, along with her design staff, merchandised award winning model homes throughout the East Coast.  Tammy’s work has been recognized and published in multiple publications.

Drawing from her vast experience in interior design, new home construction, home staging, and model home merchandising, Tammy has the knowledge and experience to ensure your next design project will be a resounding success. She knows just where to find the home decorating treasures that will make your home luxurious on any budget and has long-term relationships with local industry professionals needed to complete your projects.
